AGUNSA Argentina has officially been awarded the industrial cleaning services contract at Puerto Ingeniero Buitrago, a key facility of the Ternium plant in San Nicolás. The agreement spans five years and marks a significant milestone in the consolidation of specialized services in technically demanding port environments.

The contract includes technical cleaning tasks in critical operational areas such as loading and unloading docks, cranes, conveyor belt systems, and industrial maintenance zones, all carried out under strict safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Puerto Ingeniero Buitrago is a strategic infrastructure for the logistics of the steel plant, with the capacity to handle over 5 million tons annually. Industrial cleaning is essential to ensure operational continuity and minimize risks in this high-demand environment.

This award is part of a broader strategy focused on continuous improvement, infrastructure investment, and strengthening partnerships with reputable and committed service providers. The achievement by the Terminales Marítimos team, along with their support areas under the leadership of Hans Jara, reaffirms AGUNSA’s professionalism and ongoing commitment to operational excellence.
